This company is receiving this review for two reasons. One is the the moving company was given all the information about the move ahead of time and agreed to a estimate that was one third what their final bill was. Second,, the movers were very personable and respectful, but it took them three times as long to load and unpack as estimated. Although we can accept some of the responsibility for perhaps a lower estimate than was necessary, they were also EXTREMELY slow. I don't believe they were supervised and were a new moving team. I liked them but they needed more experience. The moving company knew that they were very far behind and neglected to contact us until the last thing in the day. A move that should have cost about $ 450 according the estimate, ended up being billed at over $ 1100.00.

These movers were recommended to me through this website while renting a truck through Budget. Overall, the experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Emily called me before the move and reviewed with me where we would be starting and ending, what all items needed to be moved, and what was initially recommended to me in terms of the number of hours and people needed. I appreciated that she gave me more accurate information with regard to what was needed.
On the day of the move, the movers called to let me know that they were on their way and when they had arrived. The crew of three worked together to establish where everything was and what all was going to be moved. They worked at the first site without issue and when everything was ready to go, traveled to the second site to meet us there.
At the second site, the movers worked hard to get everything into the new place and even into the right rooms while being very respectful of my stuff. They helped to stage a few items, such as the bed, and made great time for everything that needed to be moved. Once everything was completed, they reviewed with me the hours that they worked, what all they had done, and what would happen next. A few days later I got the updated invoice and everything was correct and billed successfully.
I would highly recommend these movers and would definitely refer them to anyone looking for movers and use them again in the future.
