To put it mildly, these guys were incompetent clowns. They did not show up with the equipment they said they would have, they broke the motor on a $1500 adjustable bed platform, they didn't follow my directions, and they seemed to be clueless as to how to get some basic gym equipment upstairs. I made it clear at the beginning of loading two 26' trucks that I wanted the large items loaded first so that I could transport any smaller items in a small container. Not only did they pack whatever they wanted in a random order, they left an incredible amount of space in both trucks. Since I assumed they were trustworthy professionals, I didn't babysit their every move because I was busy getting closing documents signed. That was a huge mistake on my behalf!!! Since they didn't pack with any organization like I requested, the unloading "crew" (who were a different "crew") had no idea which room boxes were supposed to be placed in.
On unloading day, when I pulled Steve aside in another room to express my anger regarding how badly the trucks had been packed, he made it clear with a raised voice that my anger offended him because I had no right to tell him and his crew what to do or how to do it. Since I spent nearly $3,000 with him, I felt my money gave me the right to have expectations of professional service without the need to babysit, or to have my property damaged.
The only thing good I have to say about Steve is that he was willing to work Thanksgiving morning and he helped return the trucks. Besides that, my move was a total effing disaster. The movers were not at all professional. They were just some seriously dumb guys probably found on a corner. If you don't mind babysitting, save yourself a couple thousand dollars and get your own day laborers. I am 100% sure random day laborers would've done a better job, and not had such a demeaning and misogynistic attitude.

Steve and his team were great. They arrived a little early, took stock of the job and went right to work. They were fast, efficient and careful. The job required a second, unplanned, trip since the truck I ordered wasn't big enough and they just jumped in and did the work without any hesitation.
I'd use them again without reservation.

They say moving is one of the most stressful events in life. Sergio and Steve made it easy. Filled a 20 foot truck with my apartment and moved it to my new home in 3 hours. They wrapped the more delicate furniture, brought extra blankets and tape, and brought a dolly. They did everything and made my life easy. 5/5 stars thank you Steve and Sergio.

Safe and careful moving packing or loading , we arrive ready with dolly's ,4 wheelers and basic tools for assembling/disassembling
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all boxes packed ,electronics and appliances disconnected and ready for us to go and pick up and load

Moving expert in packing/unpacking to loading/unloading we specialize in everything from staging to office moving, small local moves and long distance hauling

When i receive requests to provide moving labor and getting a 5star review is my favorite
What training do you provide your crew members?
My guys all get put thru moving labor phases like the 1st phase is padding furniture and household items to packing all fragile glass 2nd phase is always use your gear and make loads.
