Pros: They got here on time and even offered to help move the truck/trailer which my wife and I were having a little trouble with.
Cons: They forgot things like hand trucks and any of their equipment. This made the move take an extra hour. They took a lot of breaks. We were on the third floor, but there was, I felt, an excessive amount of standing around. Several times, they were all just standing and joking about who should carry things up. I understand this is hard work, but this was somewhat silly.
Side note, the boss made some homophobic jokes which I thought were unprofessional.
