The movers arrived about 45 minutes late. But an additional mover was added at no charge as a result. The 3 movers all did a good job overall. They were organized and worked continuously to pack and then unpack our home. There were a few items that were damaged but overall they took care with our items.

One of them was doing a good job. That is the white gentle man. The other man was very slow, and was checking his emails, during work. That is why it took them 3hours to complete this very light job . I will never have that man to be part of any group who might be willing to help me move.

The two movers were better than anyone stressed about moving could hope for. I hired 2 men for two hours to move a 20ft U-Haul and a personal vehicle to an apartment 6floors up (there was freight elevator available). I chose them based on on line reviews and they blew the reviews out of the water. They excelled on communication prior to the move and throughout the process. Everything arrived to the new space the same way it was packed and I had free time to decompress with my dogs that were due for a walk by the time we arrived with the moving vehicle. If it sounds too good to be true, yes they were! Thank you minute men for the best moving expirence one could ask for.

Would highly recommend! Ryan and Devin were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They were both on time, called to let us know that they were on their way, and came prepared with extra supplies in case we didn't have them. They were hard workers and committed to completing the job in a timely manner. Our new home had an extremely challenging set of staircases and the movers never showed signs of frustration--nothing but optimistic techniques to move all of our furniture up the steps. They were strategic in their technique and also careful with our belongings, which wasn't the case with our last movers. They put us at ease and we will definitely be hiring Minutemen Haulers the next time that we move!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
