Our helpers arrived and got to work right away on loading our things. They were very courteous and professional. They worked continually to get the job done and loaded everything neatly and in quick order. They were very careful with all of the load and got more in they we had thought they could. I loved having these guys to help us. They were a BIG help to us.!!!!! Anyone asking for help these guys were great and we'd definitely use them again.

Outstanding and very helpful. They were running a little behind, but called to update regularly (if you've moved a lot, then you know tardiness is absolutely normal - what isn't normal is being kept informed). They worked incredibly hard, were done early, but stayed to help put some things together. They were careful, prepared, kind, and overall, a delightful way end to a very long move. We highly recommend them and would use them again without batting an eye.

My moving experience was not exactly what I thought i was paying for. My movers showed up late to the booking because they stopped to get food, which I thought a curtesy call(voicemail) would have been nice. Also when they moved my furniture into my second location, they broke a piece of furniture and told me I could easily put it back together, which is not the case. They also blamed it breaking on the material, however I had told them to be careful with that specific piece of furniture. Ultimately I am not impressed and I would hope this is not the typical experience from them.

They worked hard and packed everything up in our truck. Some things were packed on top of things that could not support the weight. Some boxes with "up" arrows were not packed that side up.

The experience was better than I expected. The guys from minutemen arrived on time, they were professional and they did a great job. I would not look for anyone else next time.

When I spoke to the contact person confirming the service, he recommended that I get specific supplies for the workers: padding, wraps for furniture and chair legs, plastic wrapping, and straps. I purchased these items and had them waiting for the guys when they moved our boxes and furniture into the moving truck. During the time, I was continuing to pack up, organize, and clean and the workers appeared very efficient making quick trips in and out of the house and making efficient use of the truck space. I should have requested 3 workers instead of 2, but the guys stayed for an extra hour to finish up which was helpful. I was not monitoring the process as closely as I should have and as we unpacked at our new home, I was disappointed. Many of our furniture items shifted during the move and were not wrapped with the packing materials like I had expected. 2 of our dressers were scratched, a mirror was broken, lamp was snapped in half, and bookshelf was scratched up. I appreciate that they worked hard to get everything to fit in the space, but I would have appreciated taking the time to wrap the furniture especially since the supervisor told me to purchase the specific materials needed.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.

Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
