Antoine and George were on time and prepared to do the job we described. They worked so well, so carefully, and so quickly that they were done before the contracted time. Instead of just leaving, they asked how else they could help us. Highly recommended!

They were prompt and on point. The arrived exactly at 12 and left exactly at 4pm. They even helped unload some items at another location that we didn't previously specify. They were respectful of the items to the best of their ability with the space constraints. I noticed a few small knicks in some of the furniture, but nothing major. I would recommend them again.

Great experience! Two guys, Antoine and George. They coordinated with me by phone as I was driving into town, and were waiting when I got here. I had a 16' rental truck, some of our stuff went into our apartment, the rest into a rented storage unit elsewhere (about 10 minutes away). They just followed me over after the apartment stuff was unloaded. No extra charge. It took them an hour and a half for the whole job...no damage and no delays, and I didn't do anything but watch. I'll certainly be using them again when I move later this year, and I certainly recommend them.

First the good:
They arrived on-time, early actually
They organized and packed the truck very well
They did not break anything
The person in charge was professional and respectful
They finished in the time allowed
They brought both plastic wrap and tie down rope as indicated
This is all excellent, but despite this, I will not hire them again and here is why:
The second man, the one not in charge, complained loudly the entire time about how many boxes there were to move and how tired he was. So much so, that my friend began helping him move the boxes. Yes there were stairs, but he was carrying boxes down the stairs, not up, and it was made clear in the order that there would be stairs. He also seemed angry and annoyed that he was there and made me and my friend uncomfortable.
I gave them 3 stars because they mostly did a good job, and I feel they should get credit for that, but I would not hire them again because of their employee's terrible attitude and borderline rudeness.

Lewis Moving Company did an excellent job during our move. They were hardworking, extremely careful with our things, and skilled at fitting everything into the containers we had rented. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again.
