We will NEVER use this company or recommend them! We were scheduled for movers to come on the 16th of October, which THEY rescheduled for the 17th. They assured us they would be there early (8am). They not only were a no show, but we weren't able to get in touch with the move coordinator, Roxanne. We were only allowed to leave voice mails, which went unanswered. There was no cell number to call. HORRIBLE customer service!!

They cancelled a job the morning of, at the estimated arrival time. Did not answer the phone to try and explain or assist us. Horrible service. would never recommend!

I had Jacob and Nick, very polite guys, hard workers, handled furnishings and boxes with the greatest of care. I would ask for them again. Wish I had their energy-- they don't waste any of your valueable time. arrived on time ready to start.

The crew that arrived at my place was awesome! They worked tirelessly and within 4 hours the trailer was completely unloaded! They put everything in the rooms I directed and handled all the boxes and furniture carefully.

The two young men that reported for duty were on-time (actually a little early), they had been briefed on the general nature of the job and they were attentive when I went over everything with them. Once the truck arrived (it was about 35 minutes late), they went right to work and kept at it until the job was done. They were polite, respectful, worked well together as a team and I would not hesitate to use them again.

All worked wonderful if you stayed with them! I had one that was a loss for the most part. She would not listen to direct or stay busy & finish what she was ask to do. My only complaint!

They were actually early to the job, as there was some confusion on the start time. They came from the central time zone, and there was a hours difference. It worked out.
Yes they were prepared to work, dressed properly, however they did not bring anything to drink and it was a hot day. I had nothing to give them.
Yes they worked very hard moving the furniture into a climate controlled unit, and stacking it to make the best use of the space we had.
Yes the were very respectful to me, my wife, and our daughter whom the furniture belonged, and they took very good care to protect it and handle it so as to not cause any damage to a lot of the antiques she had.
Yes I would use them again, and would highly recommend them to others who need the service.
Supervisor followed up to ensure they had performed well, and met our needs.
