Our movers showed up on time and ready to work. I had a 26ft moving truck I was unloading into storage in Pensacola. The crew that loaded the truck in DC had obviously no concern whatsoever for my things and about 9 out of 10 pieces coming off the back of the truck were damaged in some way. The Paradise crew took the time to notify me each time they saw fresh damage so that I could photograph it to submit with my insurance claim. They were very careful with every piece and made sure that they were secured once inside the storage unit. Would definitely recommend.

I hired them because I need surgery on my foot and did not want to deal with moving furniture down the steps in our old house. 3 guys showed up over an hour late. They avoided the heavy things upstairs till the end. To get things done I got a friend to help me move the heavy things downstairs. One of the men was old and all were out of shape. 2 men and a truck came out and gave an estimate of 3 hours to load and 2 to unload. With me moving the heavy things downstairs it took 5 hours to load. I got extra help from a friend to unload and it too 1 1/2 hours to unload. The guys were nice but not very good at moving, did not handle things with enough care.
