I like when a service provider looks me in the eye, shakes my hand and introduces him/herself on arrival. Suton (sp.?) and Chris did exactly that and they continued that level of professionalism through the job. They were friendly, efficient and very, very careful with our furniture and our home. Would we hire them again? You bet!

On time. Professional, yet friendly and very respectful. Hard, hard workers. 2 men loaded a 26' truck in less than 4 hours (we did the packing and dismantling of furniture). I would recommend Hire A Helper LLC employees to load up any vehicle you may be using.

They showed up on time, did an okay job, dropped one of my items on their way outside with it, and left their personal beverage cups trash around my house. Service was okay and they worked fast, but professionalism wasn't great in regards to leaving trash at my house.
