The 2 guys, Mark'est & Kawana did a wonderful job getting are furniture downstairs and packing are pod. They were polite and on time and I would hire them again.

They were supoose to show up at 10 am and didn't show until 11:30 AM. They dropped tw containers spilling the contents, luckilly nothing broke but the box had to be repacked. They were not able to fit everything into the truck - may not be their issue. A lot of the contents shifted during the move.

I requested to have 3 worker to complete the job. Only 2 workers showed up. Therefore, I ended up paying for additional hours. I was happy with the two workers that showed up. They continued working without putting up a fuss. They were professional and on time.

Awesome company. Two guyz.. If i recall correctly, their names were David and Julian came to help us out. Took awesome care of my furniture and loaded the truck in less than 2 hrs!! Even gave me 10mins head start time since not all my boxes were packed. You certainly can't go wrong with these awesome people. Thank u guyz!

The one guy was trying to teach the other guy how to package. They spent a lot of time talking. Once truck was full, so he said, I asked them to move the boxes into the garage. He told me there was no room in garage or truck. I paid for extra hour, my husband got on truck to reorganize and I ended up moving two boxes to their 1 box while they stand around waiting. My husband said that maybe we should have been helping all along. That was the only way to get them moving. I do want to mention, the bigger of the two guys wanted to help more, however the other was making him follow his rules. I would definitely let the bigger guy be the boss and would never hire them again. The smaller guy was upset because he was suppose to meet his girlfriend. I don't think he wanted to work

Other than being later than planned (we were okay with it), both workers did a great job of getting everything moved and packed into the POD or stacked in the garage. They worked hard and consistent and they appeared to take care of the items they were moving.

They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
