My sectional sofa was ripped because they put metal items on top of it when they should not have. Two legs on our armoire were broken. The list goes on and on and 100% of the items were their mistakes or disregard. I have yet to complain to them because we just arrived but I am going to and I will pull this review should they decide to make this right. Otherwise, I would not suggest using their service. Update: I spoke with Marcus from Midnight Mover's and told him about the situation. His first response was that he asked his guys about the move and they said they do it as they always do it and they will not take responsibility for anything after things are in the truck since this was a load and not a pack or move. The fact is that they not only dropped a very expensive desk during the load, they also poorly loaded multiple items which would, of course, not be the responsibility of the moving company. Furthermore, they tried to cover up damage caused by dropping the desk. Needless to say, I do not recommend working with them. Customer service goes way beyond getting the business but also after you have gotten the business and need to make things right with your clients. Midnight Hour Moving is clearly not a company that takes responsibility for their actions. Show Response

The reason I mention this is because it required great patience on the helpers part. They had to maneuver very heavy furniture up and over other items to get it into the apartment. Not once did they become dis-interested in solving the problem, in fact their moving experience really helped with the furniture arrangement. I highly recommend Midnight Hour Moving.
