3 hours late. 4 member crew but only 2 worked steadily. It was a hot day and 1 would often carry a single small box to the basement and then she would stay there for a while, probably to keep cool. She was the most useless part of the crew, accomplishing very little. The other crew member who didn’t work as much as he should might want to consider a job that won’t tax him so much physically. He was always red in the face, sweating profusely, and looked like he might have a heart attack at any moment. The other two crew members more than pulled their weight. No one introduced themselves or wore any type of uniform. We didn’t even know if anyone was in charge and only found out who was boss at the end when we signed the paperwork. At least one member hid behind the PODS to smoke. There was no plan to any of their work. Over 3 chaotic hours our belongings were placed randomly and without care despite our instructions. Heavy items, including large TV’s were just dropped onto the floor, often in the wrong location. So now we are having to correct everything. Clearly marked fragile goods were mixed with heavy boxes that crushed them. Warnings about bottom load and top load were ignored completely, resulting in some breakage. We have moved dozens of times and this crew was one of the worst we’ve ever had. No, I would not hire this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Two stars are a courtesy for the thin older man and the heavier “boss” who both worked steadily. Those two could have handled everything on their own and much more carefully. The other two should earn their keep at totally different jobs.

They were incredibly outstanding, I booked 3 hours wondering if it all be done by then, they did it nonstop in less than 2, never resting. Amazingly professional. Bell has a reputation for being the best in the area (but un fortunately don’t do long distance which I need) now I see why

They arrived late. They showed up with 3 guys even though we requested 2, and used that as an excuse to leave early, even though we there were still things to be moved. One of the boys was on his phone for much of the hired time, and prioritized lighter items that my wife and I could have easily taken, rather than the heavier items they were generously paid to move. Beryl was uncommunicative leading up to the day of the move. They did a poor job packing the 20ft truck we rented, and did not use the space efficiently. Fortunately, we had an additional cargo trailer, otherwise we would have needed a second trip to get what could have otherwise fit in the truck. To top it all off, we let one of the boys use the bathroom, and he blew that thing up, leaving us with a biohazard to deal with (IFYKYK). I would not hire Bell Boys again, nor would I recommend them to prospective customers.

The crew - Beryl and Isaiah - were great. They arrived on time, were cordial, moved diligently in loading the truck. Additionally, they wanted to know how else they could be helpful. An excellent job loading the truck, leaving room to empty a nearby storage unit. It was also loaded and packed professionally. I highly recommend this crew of movers.

These two guys showed up late because of running over with the previous client. However, they went to work immediately and it was obvious they have been doing this work for awhile. They packed the moving truck quickly and I would describe them as jenga experts. They definitely knew how to make all the pieces fit to take up minimal space. Unloading the truck at our new house was a breeze! The packing definitely contributed to that. Would highly recommend using this service.

They had an issue with arriving on time but, I received a message ahead of time and was informed and they arrived probably as they said they would after to call. They were consistently and well together and emptied my pod in two hours and were very pleasant. I personally tipped them so I did not add it to the bill.
