The moving team was absolutely amazing. They worked accurately and quickly and I would definitely use them again!!

They were late an hour and probably very tired. Things were thrown on top of each other not maximizing space heavy table on top of chair risking to tear the fabric. Heavy rugs just thrown in top of items. I had to go in the container and rearrange heavy items myself.
NOT ACCEPTABLE
“FINISHED ” in 2 hrs. Could have taken the 3 hours THAT I PAID FOR and do the job right. I can send pics of the container as they left it.

James Hollan's company was NOT the best at all but
You guy's are the problem (Hire a Helpler) because you guys mislead us from the start by stating that James Hollan's crew would pack and load my furniture. I would Not recommend the service from James Hollan's crew nor Hire a Helper. (Hire A Helper representative, mislead us only to get our business).
The workers need more training on loading containers to make the best use of SPACE in loading the containers. They had no concept of making the best use of space for the POD containers. I ordered two 16ft containers from POD and because of the way that they just threw my furniture in the POD's with NO organizational skills, I had to order an additional POD to hold the rest of my furniture. After speaking to Mr.James Hollan over the phone about the matter he suggested that I should have used trash bags instead of boxes. One of the crew members brought his family members to the site with kids in the car and were smoking in front of my yard, (very unprofessional). Lost money b/c of Hire a Helper and James Hollan's crew....... very disappointing.

They took down my bed and kept some of the bolts to reassemble it. I opted to reassemble it myself because of how long it took to move my 1 bedroom apartment. After going to Lowe’s and Home Depot I was told I would have to order those particular bolts from China. They were very nice men, but extremely slow. I’m sorry to say that I would not hire them again.

Our three man team did fantastic on our move-out date. We had two PODS set up the day prior to move out with 75% of our belongings already boxed up in the house or garage. These guys quickly moved everything out of the house and into the PODS efficiently and, as far as I could tell, safely. We have not retrieved anything out of the PODS yet so I can't say if everything came out unscathed yet but they systematically stored things so it should be okay. Everyone was very nice and professional. They worked hard during their three hour window, and although exceeded their time by 30 minutes, I wasn't unhappy because they worked hard during the 3.5 hour time. I would recommend these guys for any work.
