Slow - took way too long to load truck

After having a bad experience with the movers that packed us, I was very nervous about how things would go when we got to Florida. Arthur Martin's Moving was great!! As they unloaded the "mess" they were very careful to take pictures of ALL the damage that we received to our house hold furnishings so we would have record or all the damage. The guys were all very kind and helpful.

Art and his team were great. They arrived early, and when they began unloading our furniture, they noticed it had been damaged due to poor packing at our starting point. They immediately stopped unloading until a camera was located and took all the pictures necessary to support our claim. Art called the company that had packed us to inform them of the situation and to be sure we'd be compensated. Art also called Hire a Helper to inform them of the problem and to recommend they remove the other service from their site to prevent other customers from experiencing furniture damage.
They unloaded a 26' truck full of furniture at 2 separate locations - including a hot tub - on a hot day. They were courteous, professional and I would use them again, as well as recommend them highly to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the service. They called before coming and were even early! They were extremely careful with all furniture and boxes. They were extremely polite and efficient. I plan to hire them again when needed. It was a pleasure to work with competent movers who knew what they were doing. They treated my furniture as if it were their own. Absolutely no damage done to anything - what a relief!!! They were the best!!!

Our experience was great. Our two helpers showed up 15 minutes early. They brought their own hand truck and dolly and great personalities. They were very efficient, finished unloading in half the time it took us to load up, and we had NO damage. Can't say enough about these two guys without sounding silly.
