The Ace Moving guys arrived bright and early, as expected. They immediately plowed into moving all my stuff into the PODS. They worked with my brother to get it all to fit in the plan we had devised (wasn't easy)! Andre was great, and Willie too. They had great attitudes all morning, even staying an extra hour to get the job done. They worked hard, were very well organized, and good at packing the PODS. I'd recommend these two guys to anyone. Thanks Andre and Willie for doing a fantastic, 5-star, 5 hours pile of work.

They arrived early due to scheduling with another move close to the same time as our move. One guy didn't have a clue how to move anything and was wearing a huge pot leaf shirt. He was also more worried about charging his cell phone than listening to orders. 2 pieces of furniture were broken so badly we had to throw them away. Almost every piece of furniture had damage from scratches, gouges, broken pieces, broken legs and so on. All of this furniture was recently purchased. The new 70" 4K UHD TV was damaged. The walls, doors and trim were damaged. The list is almost endless. If you use this company be sure to purchase the REPLACEMENT insurance. The insurance we purchased is only for $.60 per pound of the repair parts.

Ace Movers were total life savers today! We did not plan ahead and needed help last minute and we are so thankful they came to the rescue. They were right on time, worked efficiently to get everything unpacked carefully and correctly, and were friendly and courteous the whole time! They had extensive knowledge on the best way to move tricky pieces as well...making us wish we had hired them to also load the truck, which we regrettably did on our own. Also hiring them was so easy! Booked online, got an immediate call and confirmation text, and payment was sent after completion. Do yourself a favor and book them for your next move...you will not regret it!

They were on time, prepared for work and worked hard to get scope completed. They were very contentious and respectful. We have used them twice and would recommend their services.

They got behind on other moves and to catch up sent 3 guys instead of 2. That was great as Andre knew more about packing things in a pod. They worked hard without breaks and it was extremely hot out. However, we did ask for a four wheeled dolly to take out our large pieces of furniture. Instead they muscled everything out and gouged the walls in several places. The 2 other movers didn't seem to know how to move furniture out if it didn't fit easily. When the couch wouldn't go out horizontally, they were stumped and didn't consider tipping it vertically until Andre stepped in. The furniture was covered and made it out OK, but there were gouges in walls and in door frame. Fortunately the house was already sold.
