Movers arrived on time. Very courteous and polite. They worked hard, and were respectful of my property. They were not informed by management that I would need to have my bedroom furniture broken down and reassembled so they did not have the necessary tools. Luckily I did have the proper tools on hand. They were able to break down and reassemble the bed and they did a great job. I only hired 2 men for 2 hours. I only needed them to move the dining room, bedroom, and storage area on my balcony, and it took 3 hours. I don't know if I should have hired more men to complete the job sooner, perhaps; overall, I was pleased with the move and I would hire them again, but maybe more people.

Zach and Derrick were so careful, so professional, and efficient. I want them to come back and un pack the pod when my home is done. I would use Ace Movers again and again. It is rare to have a job go so smoothly. 5 stars and it would be higher if I could give it. (And I have moved 21 times in my life--used to flip houses (but lived in them for a while) so I DEFINITELY know what I am talking
about. These are the best movers I have ever had.

Showed up just about on time, and actually had an extra helper in addition to what I had signed up for. Came in handy, as due to raining all day it took longer than I signed up for, and they were able to stay on for an additional 4 hours at a very reasonable hourly rate.
When we build our next house, we will definitely be looking to hire these guys back.

The guys were very nice, I have serious issues with the scratches left on my floor and all of the scratched furniture. I was told they would rap my furniture before they loaded, they didn't and now there is a lot of damage. I still don't have the quote back on my wood floors, I am sure it will be more than I paid for the packing service.

These guys were great! They were on time and called 30min before arrival. They began working right away and knocked out a 4hr job in 3 hrs. I kept asking them if a break was needed, they replied, "no thanks, what else can we do for you"? The team was very respectful of our items and I would 100% use them again. also, I was billed the exact amount I was quoted which is another bonus.
