This was my 4th move with Mastermind Movers. They are the BEST!!! I won’t ever use anyone else. Always so efficient, fast, and friendly.

The lead mover Eddie was in a hurry and he was not careful with our things. He was very disorganized and throw things around. When he was looking for a specific tool from his bag he dumped all of them on top of the table. He did the same thing with the screws of the front door and he lost one of them when needing to reattach the door. He dented our freezer door when taking our of the house and he played it off as no big deal. I also had to stop him and his helper from damaging the stationery window of the sliding door and this is the reason why he took the frig out the front door of the house. Overall rating for Mastermind Movers is a 0 score. Do not use this mover

These guys were awesome! They packed our truck so well, not one thing shifted during the trip. They wrapped everything well, I wasn’t worried about anything getting scratched or broken. They were fast and efficient. Moving from our 6th floor apartment was no big deal with them.
They did arrive an hour later than the window I set because the job before then took longer. This wasn’t a big deal for us because we were packing all day anyways. They also brought three people instead of 2 like a thought I was getting. This ended up being a good thing because everything got done faster, but it was more expensive. Just things to be aware of if you were going to be on a time crunch/strict budget for the hire.

This was my third time using Mastermind Movers. Eddie and his team are great. He always goes above and beyond and I fully trust his work and know that my belongings and home will be safe and respected. I highly recommend them. Robert, one of his helpers was outstanding as well.

Mastermind Movers did the physical work of unloading our 26' moving truck, which is a big project. But I wouldn't hire them again. I didn't get a confirmation call that they were coming, until I called them that morning. 2 of the 4 movers were on time. 1 mover, the boss, left the move 30 minutes early to run to the bank before they closed. Boxes were brought in upside down, though some had the labels saying which side should be up. Furniture was brought in carelessly. I felt like they were doing the physical part of moving the boxes and furniture, but there was no specific knowledge of how to move various pieces and no special skill outside of average people moving boxes that I could have had from friends coming to help. I would not hire them again.
