They took good care and even offered to assemble. Unfortunately I didn't have the right tools, but they really tried to problem solve for me. I felt bad I didn't have the tools and they seemed bummed that they couldnread more't put things together. I would completly use them again. My friend who was helping lift the heavy items was very tired from loading all morning so our helper tried to do more so he wouldn't have to.
