These guys were absolutely great! Not because everything went well, but because of the ways they handled the setbacks.
They had a previous job run long which could have caused a delay, so they called right away to let me know and offered a discount. Despite the other job running long the total delay was less than a half an hour.
I had an old bed with headboard, footboard, and integrated drawers that I wanted to move, but over a decade ago when it was put together, whoever did it had stripped screws, embedded the square nuts into the wood, etc. There was no way to remove it. They tried for 10 minutes to get it through the doors and up the stairs in one piece but there was no way to do so. They could have spent an hour or more trying to get it taken apart, but rather than waste the time and just charge me for another hour of work, they asked what I wanted to do. A new bed frame in the state I was moving to would be far less than it would have cost me to have them waste time on this one piece, and they let me make that call - a move of great integrity on their part.

The movers were on time after rescheduling the day before the move. They were given all the tools that they needed but seemed to prefer to "man handle" many pieces of furniture.
They started out working at a good pace but then they slowed to a snail's pace. Yes, it was warm but the were given several bottles of Gatorade (then they threw the bottles anywhere they could). It ended up costing double what I was quoted because the job took much longer then I thought it would. The sad part a lot of the things that were to be moved I am now having to move by myself because the "missed it"
This was the first time that I have used them and it will also be the last. Several pieces of furniture were broken and there was damage to a door and a stair case out of the basement because they would not listen to any direction from anyone.

Yes, the two workers were on time. They were hard workers but did not have any basic tools with them (to unscrew the storm door that blocked the entrance door and made it impossible to bring a few items into my condo). My daughter-in-law came over and removed the outside door for me! Some "moving straps" would have helped these guys get some heavy things up the narrow stairs too! My buffet was scratched in two places by the handrail because some furniture had to be raised above the handrails. The buffet was heavy and slipped when being carried up the stairs. I don't blame the workers as they were trying very hard to hold the buffet about the rails, but were ill-equipped for the job!

Did a last minute move for me as there was an issue with the other mover. Call Saturday for next day move. The guys were there on time and did a pretty good job but they had no dollies - I borrowed one from the neighbor. I would use again but they should arrive equipped.

My two movers (Nelson & Jose) arrived a little before their scheduled time. They worked very efficiently, they were very careful about not causing any damage to my furniture or my walls. They were also very polite young men. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Thanks!!!!
