They did a good job when they were working. They wasted no time getting my stuff down to the truck. I only had them for an hour out of the two. I had to cancel early to get another U-Haul and asked if I could use their help later in the day since I was paying full price in only getting half the work. They said they would contact me later in the day to come back and help. Never once did they call me back and I even tipped them $40 before they left, again for an hour of work. I needed that other hour of work from them. Don't tell me you're coming back if you're not. Lie. Just flat lie to my face Highly disappointed in them. They could have done the courtesy of at least giving me a call and tell me they weren't showing up. A day that should have been done by early afternoon kept me up until the late night because I was packing the next U-Haul all by myself. Really could have used them for that second hour. Bad, just bad on their part. I asked one of the workers before I stopped them at an hour if I would get my money back for not using them for the second half.. However he worded it I was led to believe that I was only getting charged for 1 hour. After I made the phone call and cancelled the other hour he tells me no I am charged for the full two hours because of CO law. Thanks for misleading me. If I knew that then I would have used them for the other hour that I'm paying for and had them do other little tasks around the house so I could get my money's worth. A lot of my furniture was damaged as well when I got to my destination. I even saw they placed a metal table frame on top of a leather recliner. I removed it but there were leather recliner still got damaged from something else. I had everything wrapped in blankets so this shouldn't have been an issue. I mean come on, I'm not the professional but even I know that is going to damage the furniture. Could have given some more care into my belongings. Hope you enjoyed your money and thanks for ******* me.

These guys moved a sofa out of a very tight basement. It was not easy, but they stuck with it and they successfully moved it. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were curteous. I would hire them again.
