Wow, I am actually very surprised at how good my experience was. I wasn’t sure what to expect after using a random website, but these guys were on time and did not stop for 3 hours in the heat. I highly recommend the Onward Moving team.

Doug was super flexible and easy to work with. He and John showed up a touch early and got right to work moving our heavy items from our pods into our house.
They were super careful of our things, very communicative, and very hard working. Despite the heat, they worked non-stop. They took great care of both our things and our house, and they were really easy to work with.
The only feedback / improvement suggestion I have is that prior to the move I couldn’t reach Doug by phone to confirm the appointment and his voicemail box was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. So I stopped calling and switched to text, and he responded right away.
I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat; they were great!

Onward Moving Service was God sent today! I evidentially booked for a week later than I needed them. I had a U-Haul full of furniture in my yard from the move and they made it work! He came on time, was totally prepared and respected every single piece of furniture or box that was moved. He actually wound up moving as a one man crew due to an unexpected availability for two men. I wanted to cry with JOY! I will give 10 stars all day long and will call them and recommend them for all movers!!!! Above and Beyond!! Kathleen
