The movers showed up around 4:10-4:15 after being scheduled to arrive between 3-4. However, they did call me right around 4 to let me know that they were on their way and were about 10 minutes out.
Upon arrival, they had great attitudes and were ready to get to work right away.
I did notice that about 1/2 way through the two-hour job one of them became very slow and was complaining of being VERY tired. This resulted in him rolling the boxes up the stairs instead of carrying them, which I was not thrilled by. However, nothing was broken and for the most part, there did not seem to be any damage when I unpacked the boxes.
They brought their own dolly, which was nicer than the one I had rented from uhaul, so that was good.
They also worked to get some things up the stairs that were not being very cooperative.
When I realized that things were slowing down and I had not budgeted to extend their time (except for a small tip), I began helping them unload and the three of us were able to get it done within the 2-hour time-frame that I had paid for.
I would definitely recommend them again. But, I would choose to bring them out earlier in the day before they were already exhausted from several other moves... I can hardly blame them for being tired that late in the day.

Thank you Elite Moving Services. Joe and Lee did an amazing job!! My Family truly appreciate the effort, respect and courtesy both these gentleman showed us and our home. They asked us where we wanted items place, took time to make sure not to damage anything during the move and were very friendly. These gentleman WORKED! They were efficient and even changed the minds of some Family members who were against hiring a moving company. My Family realized the importance of having professionals, especially Joe, Lee and Elite Moving Services. They were over an hour late. They did call 20 minutes after designated time to update arrival. They were very polite and speedy.

My movers (helped with unload) handled everything including putting together furniture, hooking up the washer/dryer, and getting all boxes into their proper places in a short period of time. Would highly recommend them to anyone- thanks again!!

It was a long, tough day for the crew and me and my sister but these men were considerate, worked hard and were nice and friendly. I was impressed with their consideration of my belongings and with their commitment to get everything moved and set up in our new place. I hope I don't have to move again for a long time, but if I do I'm hiring these guys again. Thank you!
