We are a full service moving company with over a decade of experience. We offer a full array of services along with helper services. We will provide helpers to load/unload, drive your load, furniture arrangement and more. Our helpers are "efficient", professional, courteous, timely and experienced.

He did send out a couple of guys who did a decent job although one box ended up upside down (happened to be the one box with all the breakable items). Fortunately only one item broke. They moved things well, and were very respectful--although a bit slow. Took us 7 hours total--with a 1 hour lunch on their time. I've done moves like this before in 2 hours so this was a bit long. I've moved dozens of times so I consider myself a semi-expert on moving! So we liked the movers and didn't care much of the company that was hired. HireAHelper did a **GREAT JOB** helping us out--so they can't be held responsible for the bumbling moving company. Although, I would have liked more off. They only gave us $25 for the mix up. I would have expected them to give us our two hours back! That's about $100!!

It took longer than the hire a helper calculator indicated - we were moving a 3-bedroom house and it took the four guys 6.5 hours. In comparison with other movers I've hired in other parts of the count…read morery, Moving Express seemed much less experienced. A lot of our furniture suffered minor damage in this move (for example, wood chips & scratches, a bent metal chair leg, a broken-off piece from a utility shelf). However, nothing was significantly damaged, including a glass grandfather clock, a glass china hutch, and lots of framed artwork which all made the move intact and undamaged. I think things would have turned out better had I only hired two guys - it would have taken longer, but two of them seemed to have a better idea what they were doing than the other two. Overall, things turned out ok.
