Move was made all the more easier by the help of these guys. Good communication before move date and confirmed the evening before. Arrived on time. This job was to off load a truck into a ranch style apartment so no stairs. Helped to set up furniture as requested. Would definitely recommend them.

They are extremely nice and wonderful. There are some complications during the day of moving, they helped me to accommodate my needs. I really doubted hire helpers(my first time), and I mean it that I will hire them again. They are awesome guys!!! I do not really know how I should manage my words to express my gratitude, they know how to treat and respect customers well.

Hired for a move into a 1-bedroom townhouse with a dining room & office. They arrived on time, but their work was amateur and didn’t give the impression that the crew had any prior professional moving experience AT ALL. Did not wear masks per COVID. A few furniture items were damaged, some to the point of no longer being usable, and they did not have a good sense of fitting larger items through smaller spaces. My walls were damaged by the movers trying to force things through a space where they clearly would not fit unless they were angled, and I finally had to direct them on angling items to fit through the space. At one point, they suggesting removing one of the rails from a bed frame and “bending the other bars” to fit through an entry. I couldn’t believe they were suggesting that I damage the bed and bend metal framing, especially when simply removing the legs to the bed would allow it to fit through the space, which I also directed them on doing instead. They unnecessarily flipped multiple pieces of furniture with drawers upside down while carrying them from the truck, causing items to dump out of the drawers. They actually rolled one of my cube organizers up the sidewalk, continuously flipping it around, and then just handed me the items that spilled out as though the whole thing was normal. They started out by asking where I needed items placed & put furniture pieces into the needed rooms, but eventually just started stacking all boxes & other items in the living room/entry area, regardless of where they actually needed to be, and didn’t seem thrilled any time something needed to be taken to the second floor, so I ended up taking most other things upstairs myself. By that point, I didn’t bother correcting them due to the way walls were damaged by other things that they’d carried upstairs anyway. They took breaks and moved a bit slower than other movers I’ve used, which I didn’t mind & they were still able to finish within the 2-hour booking, but something to think about when you’re paying for the service by time and have a larger move taking place.

They were late arriving due to car trouble, which I understand. It's happened to me plenty of times. Once they arrived, though, they set straight to work and did a great job despite insufficient lighting and the hazards of working with very heavy furniture. They were quite respectful of me and my space and time. I will be hiring them again soon to help with a similar furniture assembly project.
