This was the unloading phase of the project. I had requested the same two people only got one, showed up a few minutes late but they started right to work. Over all they did a good job, I think the first two people made for a better team. Their prices went up from when I used them about a month ago, but I would probably use them again.

The helpers came on time at 5:00PM . They are nice guy but one of them was doing slowly. They were sliding the boxes, furniture and mattress box on the carpet floor and on the steps. They lost one of my bed leg when we arrived my new apartment. I complained them did not do the job professionally, they argued with me saying that they've tried their best (I agree). Their explanation was that since they have been starting moving from 8:00 AM so they were exhausted could not focus. I understood, still gave them some tip; but won't hire them again in the future.

These guys did a great job. We got the whole move done in an hour and a half! I thought that was incredible. The guys came ready to work, with a plan, and were able to pack the truck efficiently enough to only require one trip. I would certainly use them again on my next move.
