What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers can expect to receive a copy of the reservations and invoice for their upcoming move. They will also receive suggestive instructions on how to prepare for their move day. In addition, they will receive a follow-up call the day before their move to confirm the appointment. Finally, the customer will receive a call from their assigned crew leader, letting them know they are in route and the estimated arrival time to the location.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect the lead mover to introduce himself so that the customer knows he is from the moving company they hired. Also, they can expect the lead mover to keep them abreast of how the move is progressing.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First, the customer should know their budget. Next, take inventory of all the items you want to be moved and make sure they are organized and ready to be moved. Also, make sure all loose, such as small appliances, vases, jewelry boxes, etc., are securely packed and taped, those that can be. Finally, be prepared to make payment to the movers before unloading the items at your destination unless other billing arrangements were made in advance. What types of moves have you handled?
Our movers are trained to handle all types of moves, from local, long-distance, office, and commercial locations. Our experienced movers are equipped to move all piano sizes, security safes up to 1000lbs, and various size pool tables. Also, our movers can move your furniture into the most awkward spaces and through windows or balconies.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All Pro Movers train their movers with the latest training material available by the American Trucking Association for moving and storage. This material is in partnership with the ProMovers program. The training material includes the Certified Moving Consultant and Certified Packer/Loader Certifications.
