HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT/OWNER/SUPERVISOR.
He/Brian called and tried to cancel my job before it was completed because of scheduling issues. Even though he attempted to cancel my service mid service without notifying he still was going to charge me for 3hrs even though only two were completed. When I called the manager BRIAN he used foul language and hung up on me for no reason. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO. No details are missed in this store and this review is being written only on facts and the terrible service that I received. The two young men assisting me where as helpful as they could be thank you to them only. Management/Brian is horrible and will try to steal your money while not being honest about the business and their abilities. 100 thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ended up getting stuck in a major traffic jam for 3 hours the day before the move, so we weren't able to pick up the truck until the next morning. Even though we gave ServiceQuest less than 24 hours notice, the dispatcher was able to reschedule their workers so they didn't arrive until we had time to get the truck.
Their crew was two young men, and we immediately put them work loading the truck. We kept them working for the full 3 hours, and they never complained. They needed surprisingly little direction -- I gave them general instructions, and watched them for a while, but since it was clear they knew what they were doing, I let them do their own thing, and and was able to spend most of the time working on other things that needed to be done (there's always something that needs to be done...).
The loading was very professional. The weight was well distributed, which was important because the drive to the new place crossed 3 states. Everything was well secured (always remember to bring your own straps and blankets!), and arrived in good shape. We no longer live in the area, so I'm never going to use them again, but I highly recommend them. They were flexible, worked hard, and knew what they were doing.

We had two young men come for 4 hours to pack our things into pods. I wish I could remember their names, but I waited too long and now I've forgotten. But they were excellent! They were on time, professional, careful with our things and very efficient. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Our things were also in good shape on the other end. Great job!

Brian with Hire A Helper and his crew arrived on time. He was very professional, friendly and upbeat. He and his crew got my sofa up a staircase and in my living room first time with out too much effort. That's more than I can say for the furniture delivery people who the day before said it could not be done!!! I'd hire Brian again in hot minute!

They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
