Helper Gary came on that day and did not finish the job. Was very admin about informing me that I can depend on him to help and getting my place together before my move out day, which was October 30, 2016. I informed him that I would be handing the keys over to my landlord that day and would be needing to get everything out of the place. After getting the truck packed up to what he could do for the day he promised that he would come back first thing in the morning by 7am. He insisted on me making sure to be there on time. I showed up the next morning with my two kids, ages 1 and 7, in the cold and rain to get this move done. I did pay Gary, however the night before trusting that he would come back to finish the job. Lesson learned! Gary did not answer his phone at all to me for several hours, and when he did finally pick up he said he would be there in a hour. NOT. He showed up around 2pm that day. By that time I scrambled around to find help from friends/ family that was very last min. He was very apologetic to his tardiness and assured me that he would give me half of my payment back by the beginning of that week. NOT. Gary became even more flaky. He never contacted me back and needless to say he left the situation where it was and never gave me back my half of the money!

The two workers called several times to tell me they were running late. They arrived 4 hours after the scheduled arrival. While there they worked hard and were respectful of my property. Since they arrived late, it got dark and they were tired so they did not finish loading the pod. I had to hire someone else to finish the job.

I hired these guys to move my furniture out of my house while the hardwood floors were getting redone. I would not recommend this company. They were late. They didn't take drawers out of furniture or remove shelves before moving furniture. When he was moving the furniture back into the house he scratched the newly redone floors in two places. When I tried to contact him about getting the floors fixed he went MIA. I tried to contact him several times and he refused to pick up the phone. Do Not hire these guys, they have no business being in the business of moving furniture.

These guys were great. On time. Clean. Polite. They took the time to be sure that their work was up to expectation throughout the job and worked hard. I would recommend them to anyone and won't hesitate to ask for them again.
