I only booked them for a 30 minute move of a new treadmill, which I planned to assemble myself, but as I had paid for a minimum of 2 hours they offered to assemble it for me with the remaining time. Classy move.

Chris and Josh were remarkable. They let me know ahead of time that they will need to postpone the visit by a few hours which worked to our benefit. We were able to use the time to get the house more manageable for them. They arrived as promised and worked professionally, quickly, and efficiently. They were careful unloading into our new home and made sure everything was in place before they left. I highly recommend the service and especially these two individuals. Chris and his guys were hired at the last minute. The crew I had originally hired, somehow were not able to get off their earlier job and keep giving us the run-a-round all afternoon. Finally, I cancelled them at 6:30pm and looked for someone who was available on Hire A Helper.
After I booked the job for the afternoon(4hrs starting at 2), I immediately texted Chris at the number given. He responded that he was having dinner and would call me back in 10 minutes. I told him to enjoy his meal and call me when he could.
He called me back shortly after and asked if he could possibly come earlier. I had an appointment that afternoon, but he was welcome to come at 8am. He said he would call his crew and they would be there.
We needed a 30 yard dumpster filled with the remaining contents of the house. They crew worked fast and got the job done. I hired the 4-man team for 4 hours, I think they were done in 3. Still worth the 4 so, that is what I paid them...and happily tipped the team.
These guys were available last minute, came earlier than originally scheduled, worked hard the entire time they were there. If I ever need another job in the area, I would 100% give them a call.
