I ordered 4 helpers for 4 hours. Only 3 helpers showed up 2 hours late. After 2 hours of work (during which they did not listen to my requests on which container to unload first, or where things needed to go in my house... and gouging a hole in the brand new drywall of my new home...) the helpers said any additional time would cost extra. I had hired them for four hours, mind you, and they were two hours late, destroyed my property, and didn't do the work I asked them to do. When I complained, they left without even saying goodbye. HireAHelper adjusted my bill to reflect only 3 helpers for 2 hours, but I honestly don't think I should have had to pay that much since they destroyed my wall in my brand new house and did not listen, which left myself and my friends having to finish the job.

The crew did a great job with my move. They were very efficient and handled my belongings with care. They did run late however they completely made up for it by communicating it early so I could get other things done instead of wait around, and gave my updated arrival times along the way.

Called at 2:30 for a 6 hour move starting at 8:00 am was told can’t come out till 6:00... REALLY! Or even better on Monday this was an out of state move so tell me what I was gonna do with my truck. Oh well such is life their lost not mine!!!

Over the course of a recent move I worked with four crews, all scheduled through hire a helper. Just Hands was one of the best. They were very polite. They were careful loading my things. Everything arrived safely. My only issue with them was that they were around two hours late arriving, but they did contact me several times to keep me updated on the delay, and made up for lost time when they arrived. I would happily use them again and would recommend them without reservation.
