Dave and his crew were great and handled themselves very well in a bad situation unfortunately (I can't go into any details, but it was nothing to do with them). I asked a lot of them and they delivered! When PODS couldn't deliver the storage container as promised, I had to rent a uHaul and Dave's crew did an amazing job of fitting as much into that uHaul as possible. I saw a few other reviews that said Dave was on his phone. Well, he is the owner, and he brought 2 guys to actually do the loading. He was certainly not on his phone the whole time. He was definitely the leader of his group and helped with the loading at times. They all did a great job deciding how to load so that it would all fit. Highly recommended!

The team that showed up were very polite and helpful. Tim, the lead, and a good understanding of space allocation and how to best direct the crew. They were also efficient and hard working. The only reason they didn't get five stars is due to the damage on my furniture. It wasn't even the damage as much as the desire to hide it or 'play it off'. I watched them do both of the damages, but didn't own up to it. What added to the problem was one is irreparable.

Based on the performance of the workers, they slowly assisted with loading and prepping any furniture. The workers took constant smoke breaks and walked away from the site to make phone calls. They were so slow that it seemed as though they were trying to go over the paid time to add an extra hour. They never moved the small amount of furniture requested for the 5 hour period, because they insisted in poorly taking apart furniture and dis not put the furniture back together after claiming they could not find the pieces they lost. This was a disaster and they eventually walked away with an hour extra of time and not completing the job requested. We had to ask friends to come move the additional furniturewhich was completed in about an hour (with wrapping and packing of delicate furniture.

James, one of the crew was aweful, between his cell phone and cigarettes he was little help. I did not appreciate the smoking around me and my family. Jonah, the other crew member was a hard worker, he was there to get the job done, the other clown was just there. I would not recommend this service to others.

They were on time and worked hard to to protect furniture. Very respectable to us. Did an excellent job in attempting to correct damage from previous company where items such as dining room table and legs were not blanketed or wrapped and part of previous load had to be removed to correct. Would definitely use again.
