Valet Professional Movers sent 4 men to help us unload a moving truck into a bottom floor storage locker. They were about 20 minutes late, but did let us know. When they arrived they were very tired, as they had already worked a full day. They seemed resentful to be there. 2 of the helpers were great & worked hard, despite how tired they were. The other 2 did not pull their weight & one of they seemed inebriated.
My husband, our children & I all had to pitch in to help get the task finished. I was annoyed about having to pay an extra $100 because they had to lift down our piano. The job was finished but the result was a completely unorganized storage locker, where movers were just throwing things, on top of other things. I will more than likely look elsewhere when it is time to move out of our locker.

On time and professional. Took great care with the items to be moved. Very patient and willing to adapt. I would 100% use their services in the future. I am always a bit leery of the quality you'll get from "doing business" on line but this was a professional and smooth transaction from beginning to end. You will not go wrong buy doing business with them. A+

Let’s start with no shoe covers throughout my home.
Rushing around banging items off the uhaul which continued throughout the home putting multiple dents and scuffs along the walls of my brand new home. Treating my items with zero care.
Things thrown down into rooms. For example mattress got thrown down and the box spring on top of that. Since when is that the order the bed goes in?
To top it all off both guys were dripping with sweat and the mattress they were carrying tilted on them and he wiped his head on our bed sheet.

This move has been horrible for us, it seems everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong. And then Axcess Professional Movers arrived. They simply turned the entire day around and helped me remember that there are truly good people who do a professional job with good humor, kindness and honesty. They were wonderful. Respectful, kind, friendly, hard workers, careful of our belongings. They were on time, prepared to work hard and I could have cried from happiness after all that has gone wrong with our move. They have been a bright spot in an awful experience. They are the best!!!

Darius and Raheem were great. They were polite and worked until the job was complete. They were patient and placed everything with care not to damage walls or furniture.

Did a good job, very nice guys. Had to leave earlier than expected, but other than that they worked hard and did what was asked of them.

The movers were nice and worked quickly; however, they were 30 minutes late and did not pack the truck efficiently. When unloading the truck there were plenty of places where other boxes would have fit. I had to rent another truck this weekend to get the remaining boxes. If the truck would have been packed correctly, I could have just used my SUV for the remaining items. The movers were kind and they did work hard; however, I wish they were more strategic with the placement of the boxes.

These guys are unstoppable. Despite the 90+ degree heat they stayed motivated and got the job done. I explained what i needed and they made it happen, no problems whatsoever. I would be completely comfortable in hiring them again or recommending them to others.

I was a little Leary about hiring helpers to move because of previous experiences, but it was a necessity for this move. I’m so glad I did! The helpers arrived early and were amazing! They were professional and didn’t stop until their time was up. They took great care of our furniture and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys for being awesome!

Guys showed up on time, did a walk around in the house. The supervisor already started mapping in his head how to get all in the 20ft container. From there on, the train started and didn't stop until all our furniture was in and safe and sound. I would recommend these guys to anyone that is about to move or need some serious helpers! They were polite and very respectful and I would without a doubt use them again, thanks guys!!
