I got a 2-hr-minimum labor service from NE Moving. My job was estimated to be a 1-1.5 hr job by market standards and NE guys took just 2 hours to finish it. They were friendly, polite and worked quickly to get the truck loaded. They did it without a scratch on anything. They were careless with many of the items. Most all of the items now have severe scratches and heavy non removable scuff marks. When I asked where one piece of furniture was, they responded - " we broke it, do you want us to bring it in or leave it in the truck"? I called the owner and explained my disappointment and his reply was "this never happened before" and that "it's not about the money" - their ad says "We guarantee your happiness" "Specializing in White Glove Care" This was not my experience. Not once did the owner offer to refund a portion of the full payment I made to them nor did he offer to pay for the broken furniture. At first I was going to leave a 3 rating of Less Satisfied, after speaking with the owner, I decided to leave a rating of 2, Poor. Show Response

But that being said, it was my fault for not asking. I would definitely hire NE Moving Labor again.
