I'm very happy with the job that Kris and Nate did.
Our move was scheduled for Dec. 24th, and even though everyone would rather be with their families that day, they arrived ready to go and did an absolutely great job.
Kris called the day before the move and confirmed when they'd be there. On the day of the move they were running about 15 minutes behind but, again, called to let me know what was going on.
They showed up with the equipment they said they would, and they worked very hard and fast, always asking me if there was anything else they could do to help me out.
I would absolutely use them again. After reading so many people's bad experiences with movers, this exceeded my expectations by a mile.

From the moment Chris and Derrick arrived, to the time they completed the four hour moving job, they both worked tirelessly and thoroughly. They were very respectful of my things as they carefully and efficiently moved them from my home into storage and then made a second stop to deliver a small number of furniture items into an apartment. They were punctual and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone in the Denver Metro area.

I decided to hire Team Hernandez after reading the recommendations from others. They did not disappoint! Within 10 minutes of booking my reservation, I had a call from Kris confirming my appointment. The day of the move, he called as promised and then showed up early. Both Kris and Justin had over 5 years of experience in packing and moving and it showed. They were very respectiful of my belongings, prepared with the right equipment, worked hard and quickly. Both were pleasant and polite. A JOB WELL DONE! I will hire them again when it is time to unpack the container and will refer them to all my neighbors and friends.

I originally scheduled to have Team Hernandez come out at 10:00 AM because I was picking up my truck at 8:00 AM and wanted to make sure that I had plenty of time. Someone from Team Hernandez called me and asked that I have them come out at either 9:00 or in the early afternnon so they could fininsh 2 jobs that day. I agreed to 9:00 AM.
On the day of our move I received a call at 8:30 AM saying that they had just arrived at their first appointment and it was going to take them much longer than scheduled. They were over an hour drive away at this point, so there is no way that they would have made my originally agreed upon start time.
They ended up showing up 6 hours late. Once the movers did arrive they did work hard to get all of our belongings packed into the moving truck. They had trouble getting our couch out and damaged the wall, a light fixture and the doorbell while trying to get it out (I was delivered to our place a couple years earlier with no issues).
Upon arrival to our destination the following items were damaged because of poor packing: couch, washer, dryer, kichen table and chairs, cedar chest.
They did not bring or use plastic wrap or rope despite the website saying it would be provided.
I would not use them again.

The Team Hernandez crew arrived an hour late but did work very hard and efficiently. They were respectful and courteous throughout the process. I would recommend that you carefully estimate the time that they will be needed because we estimated 6 hours but the job was done in 3 hours and 45 minutes and they charged us for the 6 hours anyway.

I highly recommend Team Hernandez. These guys were great! They communicated well leading up to the time of the job. They showed up early after I communicated the truck was picked up earlier than expected. They were fast, efficient and really knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond to help me, they took care of my belongings, and gave me good advice for how to load and transport my furniture. Upon completion, the price was exactly as advertised...no hidden fees or charges. I would call them again and again.

Thank you team Hernandez for the wonderful job you did moving our furniture. They were on time (actually a few minutes early which was fine by us!). They were prepared for the job worked hard, safely and were very efficient. They were also very respectful of our property and friendly too! We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to any friends that may need items moved.

I would definitely recommend Team Hernandez. They were on time, excellent to work with, worked very hard (got done way before I had planned), and I wasn't worried about my items. They wrapped all the items that needed it and were extremely careful with everything. A co-worker swore by them and I will too! I will use them for every move!
