Overall unsatisfactory job operation. For the most part, the crew was professional and made diligent effort to protect my items. Keith was one of the best movers I have worked with. However, due to logistical issues at management and the crew's slow pace, the job concluded with it being far from complete. After 15 hours of work and the job undone, the workers had no means of getting back home so I waited to ensure they got a ride, didn't seem right to leave them their that stranded that late at night. When they couldn't secure a ride (uber and lyft), I gave them a ride to the nearest train station only minutes before the last train of the night departed the station. As a result of these issues, I am now stuck with finishing a considerable amount of work - far too much after a 15 hour job. Again, no issues with the professionalism of the crew on the ground, but performance wise, it could have been expedited given a more balanced and decentralized approach to packing. Management must sure that the the team is balanced and capable of multitasking so the job gets done more expeditiously.

Raheem and Keith were amazing. They were very professional, careful and organized. Got all our stuff into our 5th floor walk up in just under 4 hours - if you have a similar situation I’d recommend a third person though.

My company has dealt with all types of moves so It's extremely unlikely for us to see something we have not seen before.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.

Every one of our mover's despite of their experience go through customer service training, packing training, and rapping training.
