The 3 man crew did not wear masks, my wife and I did because we of age and other conditions. We had 36 new moving blankets and they didn't use 8-10, leaving many items unprotected. They didn't organize the load pattern and ended up with 7-8 chairs at the end which couldn't be positioned without risk of damage. I later took pictures and sent them to Hire A Helper and the provider. Three days later the provider called wanting to unload both and repack them. I reluctantly agreed and asked if they could send a different crew. They responded that they only have one crew. My wife and I were over 700 miles away and we trusted them to redo the job. They showed up late at the Pods location and later sent photos of the repack. One dresser is resting on it's side and will most likely be damaged after getting to our new home to be completed in February. There were many other issues which I photo'd and sent to Hire a Helper. We won't know the extent of damages until we unload in February. VERY DISAPPOINTED - we chose them because of the customer reviews. I repeatedly called and sent text messages to the service provider to call during and after the reload - THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, just sent pictures........

They called to let me ahead to let me know they would be late, which I was OK with this part.
I requested 3 workers for 3 hours, for a 26 FT truck. This is because I was more interested in having the job done right than cutting corners. I was sent 3 teenagers who apparently had no or little experience.
They did not arrive with the tools they needed, since they asked me for first an Allen wrench, then decided they needed a screwdriver and pliers instead. (This was for disassembling the metal bed frames). The truck was loaded haphazardly, only one one of the several ratchets i provided were used. And not alot of the heavy duty nylon cord I provided was used. They seemed unorganized and were noted arguing among themselves at a couple points. We were unable to close the back door of the truck when they left without ourselves first doing some rearranging.
Bottom line.. upon arrival of the truck to its destination... due to things not being properly secured, the contents were quite askew, and some had fallen over, and a few things incurred damages.

Arrived on time and worked very hard. The job was completed very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
