Luke said he would personally be there, he was not. I have zero tolerance for liars. Crew wore company shirts that said " E-move" T-shirts. Last I heard that was Hire-a-helpers competitor. One of the crew guys constantly spitting every time went from truck to the house & vice-versa......ewww. Not very professional!!!

Can't make everyone happy all the time, sorry for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. I did notice you couldn't complain about the actual service. BTW I am a very busy guy, I can't make it to all the jobs but my crew is very experienced and just as capable as I am to complete any job. Thanks again for your business!!!

On the day of the move Luke and his two men showed up on time. They looked over everything we needed loaded into our 24' rental trcuk and packed everything in a record pace. These guys really work hard and know what they are doing. I am now 3000 miles away and I can tell you everything arrived safely. Luke used all the pads I rented wisely to protect everything. I highly recommend Lukes Moving.
