Most of our stuff was ok but they damaged a wide screen monitor and tried to say there was no monitor there then when we sent pictures they tried to say it was broken already which it wasn’t. They could have hit it with the dresser when taking it out of the closet cause it was in the middle of the room. They are now trying to blame us cause after they left a roommate moved it to the closet and forgot to look at it right away. Now we are out a $600 monitor and they claim even if it was covered they would only give us 60 cents a pound so they reduced a $600 monitor to $9. After that claim issue I didn’t feel the need to file a claim for my keyboards usb dongle that got damaged when they wrapped my computer in cling wrap and broke the usb dongle. DO NOT us them I looked up other reviews elsewhere and this isn’t the first time they tried to avoid being responsible for their movers actions.

Working with J&M Moving was fantastic!!!!! The crew showed up early, we're prepared and ready to work, and were very pleasant and professional to work with. They were very conscientious and took very good care of everything. Nothing got broken or scratched.
I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone!!!!!

Mark, Junior, and Dustin (aka Oso) did a wonderful service for me. The were tasked with filling a 29' ABF U-Pack trailer. They came early and stayed until complete. They we careful and asked for my direction on certain precious items. You would be lucky if you encountered a group with the diligent work ethic and care these fellows took for loading my belongings! I would hire again!!

I’ve handled it all my favorite moves would be long distance because I get to see new parts of my state places I would never see if I wasn’t a mover.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people and getting that work out from all the heavy lifting.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every week we do routines and find new ways to get around sharp corners and how to be more efficient practice makes perfect!
