Have moved using similar services multiple times in last. This was a horrible experience . We spent several hundred dollars and are nowhere near moved in. We had one very capable individual help us, but the other was completely not helpful. The move was very slow and at the end of it we realized several items had been left behind and we had to complete the move ourselves. Would not reccommend.

Big Time movers did a great job for us. They went above and beyond to take care of move which took longer than expected. They never complained - even when several heavy items needed to be moved to the third floor. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to others in the future.

I needed assistance unloading a portable storage contained into my new home. They called ahead, showed up on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They were very polite and friendly. The movers showed extreme care as to not damage any of my belongs or the home as they moved the items around. They were very fast and unloaded the container in under 2 hours. I also have two small children who wanted to watch what they were doing and sometimes socialize a little too much. The movers were kind to the children and made them felt like they were a part of the process. It was a wonderful experience. I would use them again and encourage others to use them as well. Not one thing went wrong and every box was in the proper spot!
