Very few people earn their many and no one does it better then these guys. They helped me move on one of the hottest days of the year and we had to move to a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. I had hired the help for 2 hours and knew that that was an under-estimation, they had to work their rears off for 3 1/2 hours but did everything with a smile. Higly recommend them.
One word of caution to all movers, if you want to rent a truck, please keep your hours flexible and pad em up, events can take longer then you anticipate.

I was not unfortunately, able to meet and work with my helpers. I was at work and left my son here in my place. He gave them high praise on being ready to start on time and their professionalism concerning their job. I will be using them again in the near future and would recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic! Trent of S&L arrived promptly - he was fast, efficient, courteous and just wonderful!
He unloaded the moving van very quickly and then loaded my belongings into my new storage space...I could never have done the job without help and Trent, my helper from S&L was great - I would definitely use them!

My two movers showed up ready to work, and kept it up until the job was done! They even finished 20 minutes early! They were pleasant, professional, and courteous. I hope to not have to move again, but if I do, I would hire them again!

We were very pleased with the help we received. The two men that came to help pack were accomplished, friendly, polite and very helpful. The exact same could be said for the two men that came to unpack.
They were only a few minutes late on the first day. They were over an hour late on the second day,but they did call two times to keep us updated. Their being late worked out well for us, since the owner of the belongings and her daughter were also late arriving, and it would have been difficult for the two men to properly unpack without the owner and her daughter there for the majority of the time.
The fact that I made out the checks to a name other than S&L Express made me a little uneasy. I cannot say why exactly, and if it hasn't caused any problems from other customers than I guess it shouldn't be an issue with me.

S&L Express Services was a great choice for my recent move. They were everything I could have asked for and more. The two helpers were on time, polite, quick, and efficient with our time. Everything went smoothly! I will definitely use them for my next move - which is hopefully not for a while!

LaShaun and Trent were AMAZING! I will surely hire them again for my next move. They were courteous, polite, careful, and so strong! I moved 300 miles from St. Louis to Chicago, bringing a packed to the ceiling 24' Uhaul with me. I hired them for unpacking help at my new apartment. My arrival time was scheduled for 4pm, but i ended up being two hours late!!! LaShaun courteously checked in with me at noon to see if I had departed. I hadn't. He then told me to call him back when I arrived in the city. At 6pm, I gave him a call. He was very professional, and didn't make me feel guilty or like I was inconveniencing him. He and his son showed up sharply dressed and ready to work. They carried 3 and 4 large boxes at a time, yet damaged NOTHING! They were so focused, that I had to force them to take a quick break for water. In two hours, they miraculously unloaded everything into the correct rooms. I researched so many movers before choosing them, and the reviews are true. You will not be disappointed.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
