Our one helper hired from Mooney Moving (Willie) was excellent; He arrived a few minutes early. he was strong, and able to carry furniture items from 2nd floor and up and down stairs. He was polite but focused on getting the job done. Also, the office contact, Betty, was consciencious and phoned both my husband and me to make sure the Mooney mover (Willie) arrived and found our home. I would use them again

They were unbelievably helpful. On time and went right to work. Worked quickly, carefully, and professionally to get all of my belongings safely loaded for transport, with expert advice in storing and securing them on the truck. I will absolutely go to them again.

I was driving my moving van cross country and they were very flexible with my arrival time being 2 hours late. The guys brought many heavy things up to my 3rd floor walkup, and lots of heavier things to my 4th floor roof deck. Thanks for saving my back guys, literally!

Never again. 2 Movers took 4 hours for a 1 bedroom + den move. I’ve never had movers take that long or that slow. There was no sense of urgency. One crew member was very unprofessional.
A few of my items arrived to my destination damaged. They wrapped a mirror to my dresser with just a blanket.
I don’t recommend this company.

I would use Mooney Moving and Cleaning Inc again. Crew was prepared, knew what they were doing, and handled our furniture and boxes without damaging them. Crew did the work on time and tied rope to the property securely so the items would not move in transit.
