I drove a 26 ft U-Haul truck with full load of stuffs there and hired 3 professional helpers from Elite Movers for 3 hour duration to unload my stuffs to a 2nd floor apartment. I am glad I chose them because of multiple reasons:
- they notified me prior of their arrival
- they were polite and respectful. My son and I also helped carrying our own stuffs, and every time I passed them, they always offer their help by just simply saying "Are you OK, Sir?", or ""Are you good, Sir?". And if they pass us when carrying our stuffs, they always say "Excuse me". Simple things like that.
- they worked fast. The actual unloading activity itself took about 2 hours and 15 minutes. In addition, I counted we took around 15 minutes from the time they called and informed me they had arrived until we could actually meet and I needed to move my truck to a closer parking spot.
I recommend them for people trying to find professional helpers to load/unload their stuffs and will most likely use them again in the future. Thank you to the helpers to helped us and made our move easy.
