These two were AMAZING! Relieved a lot of the stress that comes naturally with moving. Tremendously organized. Very friendly and extremely hard working. Positive attitude and frankly a huge blessing to have assist with the move. Wish they were going with us to help unload at the spot in California!

Originally scheduled for Friday, I was asked to move to Saturday due to a large job earlier in the day, they weren't sure they'd be able to finish in time to make ours. Things happen, we moved to Saturday without an issue.

While AT the counter renting a moving truck, I received a call asking how flexible we could be on the moving date, trying to reschedule us 2nd time because of the same large job. (40 minutes before they were due to arrive)

A team came through but seemed only one of the guys was working hard, the other organizing and slipping in comments under his breath. It took the entire 3 hours to load the truck and so to avoid paying another 2-3 hundred dollars, we decided we'd have to unload ourselves.

A table was broken, laminate flooring ripped up in a couple areas during the loading. I'm appreciative of the help we did receive and the one employee, although tired was great.

If you're on a timeline for your move, I wouldn't recommend.

Even though we had to overcome multiple situations we arrived at her location on time. What is not told or mentioned was that she didn't mention any issues to the manager on site when going over paperwork, she only scheduled 2 movers for 3 hours to load and unload a multiple bedroom house (not a 1 bedroom size apartment for that type of time), we gave her 0.5 hours of our time for free, had to put a large section in our bed of our pickup truck without compensation. We on provide labor not trucks. She only had a 22ft u-haul truck and her family/ friend pickup truck and there was still not enough room for her furniture and other belongings. It was another large move that was understated by the customer.
