They were two hours late. They were prepared for the job; however, they were extremely slow. They insisted on disassembling every piece of furniture that could be taken apart (tables/chairs). I feel this wasted time. They spent more time trying to figure out HOW to load the truck versus actually loading the truck. This move shou…read moreld have taken four hours - it took 8.5 hours. I feel they moved slow to make more money from me. I hired them to move my furniture and boxes because I have a back injury. In reality, they were there to only 'help', not to be the primary movers. I was very impressed with the three gentlemen that were dispatched to handle the unloading of two storage containers that I had delivered. All were courteous and professional in the way they handled themselves. I was always asked where articles needed to be placed and everything was carried to the specified location and not just…read more left in the hallway or the entry way to a room. I did not ask them to assemble any furniture but they volunteered to help me, since I moved by myself, but I declined. They asked me whenever they were going to take a quick break. Given that it was fairly humid out and close to 90 degrees I did not mind as I would rather have them hydrated and happy then sprawled out on my front lawn with heat exhaustion/stroke. Everything went smoothly and was finished ahead of schedule (3hrs). A heartfelt thanks to Jason and his crew. I will certainly use them again and will recommend him and his workers to any and everyone.

Very professional. Prompt and very courteous. They were on time and handled all items with great care as if their own. They had to remove a door to get some furniture in one of the areas, I was impressed by the care of removing the door and the replacement of the door, then checking to make sure the door operated well. Heavy items were not a problem, and I did worry about how they might handle my china hutch which is a Thomasville two piece, very heavy solid wood, glass sides and glass front. They measured the hutch, the doorway, the wall area I wanted it, and looked over the route to bring it into the house, all to make sure that the transition from the truck to the placement area went smooth. The move of the hutch china cabinet was very well done, as was the entire unloading.
I have already recommended Jason's company, Relopro, and, I will use him again for any moving needs.

I wanted to extend my endorsement for ReloPro. They truly are a customer-oriented company. I needed movers to help me unload a POD containing boxes and a modest amount of furniture. Unfortunately, the PODS service does not disclose when the POD container will arrive to the destination site until the day before its arrival. A…read morend, even when they do, they only give you a 3 hour window. Jason, who was the job scheduler for the movers, was extremely flexible. He was committed to accommodating me even as other jobs were being booked. We finally agreed to an evening appointment since I still had not heard from PODS. Even after I finally got the POD container early in the morning, he managed to send two guys, who did a very professional job (Al and Joel), out to move my stuff much earlier than we had agreed. These guys were very careful with my belongings and they worked tirelessly until all of my things were in my apartment. In fact, they completed the job within an hour. Needless to say, I was very impressed with ReloPro, and I certainly would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would not recommend ReloPro to other people because over the phone they told me it would me 2 hours to load my items and it took 5 hours. They said I had more items then they expected and they wanted me to get a new truck but I did not have the money to afford another truck so I asked them to get what they could but I needed …read moreto definitely fit my bedroom furniture for me and my kids. Instead of putting all of my furniture on the truck first they put my masterbedroom and all of my boxes before putting my children furniture on the truck and then complained the whole time that they don't think it will fit. Thankfully my furniture did fit but when I arrived to my new location for unloading several pieces of my furniture were chipped and scraped because they did not wrap any over it up and when I asked them to do it they suggested I put a blanket over it.

ReloPro helped us lift and re-set a brick patio in our back yard. The team worked very hard, lifting the brick, digging out roots, spreading base rock, leveling sand and landscaping tarp and then putting down the brick again. We did all of this in a day and got done in a day what would have taken me days to do on my own.

We originally had our move planned for a Wednesday, but due to unforeseen changes in our plans, we needed to move our date up one day sooner. The problem was that we found out this information on Monday evening...just 2 days before the originally scheduled move date. I called Jason with ReloPro and he quickly began to help us ge…read moret things changed over. I received a call the next day from Jason on our drive to Missouri to let us know that he would have helpers available by 3pm...the time we were hoping he would be ready! We arrived at our new apartment just before 3pm and the helpers arrived a few minutes after we did! Jose and his crew were amazing. They unloaded a 16' truck, moved it all into a 2nd floor loft using a freight elevator and did it all in 2 hrs. They provided 3 helpers since they had them available and only charged us for the 2 we had ordered! Jason, Jose and the other guys from ReloPro truly made this move a very positive experience because of their professionalism and ability to change their plans on the fly. We will definitely recommend them to anyone else in the area that needs movers!

The overall experience was wonderful. The helpers were professional, worked quickly, and were careful with the fragile and bulky items. They were courteous. They were not on time. In most cases I would not have cared. This time it was an issue. I had a concrete truck that was charging $90 per hour wait time while the truck was unloading its load. They were supposed to be there to wheel barrel the concrete to the pour area. The men they provided were not str…read moreong enough the wheel full loads. One was an elderly man and the other weighed maybe 120 pounds. For the prices they charge I expected two big strong men who could do the work.

The owner and a helper showed up at an hour and a half notice after I got stiffed by another company that didn't show. These guys worked like horses and were friendly and courteous.
