The team arrived early and worked consistently until the end of the contract time. They packed a 26 ft truck full to the roof. They were respectful, flexible, and good with our dogs.

I paid for three guys for three hours because I thought that is what was needed. The movers were supposed to be at my house between 10 and 11 am. They arrived at 11:50am. They were only here for one hour and twenty five minutes.. yet I still had to pay for the full three hours. So no, I want use them again nor do I recommend them.

Despite having to come later in the day due to staff calling out, they arrived when they said they would, and they worked hard to make up for the inconvenience. They were personable, respectful, and worked really really hard. Unlike the experience I had with another company earlier, these guys showed up ready to work, knew what they were doing and how to be efficient and careful at the same time. I would recommend happily to others, and I would definitely hire them again. Moving is stressful enough -- you need someone you can count on. Thanks guys!

They were 4 hours late for the job. They didn’t have shrink wrap or rope, I had to provide it. They did work hard but was sloppy at the end. Left gaps in the packing. Could have fit more. They were respectful of our property with a few dings in the furniture. Overall I would use them again in a pinch. Cost was reasonable.

They were delayed at a previous stop but were considerate and called to advise me of the change in arrival time.. When they arrived and rang the doorbell, I opened the door and was greeted by 3 gentlemen with their gear in hand and smiling faces. They were a total pleasure to have around and seeing how well they were taking care of my STUFF....

I was very happy to have Bell Boys scheduled to handle my loading and unloading tasks. They did NOT respond as I had requested - 3 people for five hours. Rather, they sent five people for two hours, then three people for two hours, plus one hour travel time for three people (from on-loading site to offloading site.) Therefore, there was NO WAY for me to understand the total labor cost, which was MUCH HIGHER than I expected it to be! Therefore, my confusion lends an air of suspicion over my total charges. Fault of Hire-a-Helper? Fault of Bell Boys? I remain confused over billing, therefore more unhappy with the cost of labor than I expected.

Only thing they could improve on is to have some contact prior to the move. They worked hard and efficiently.
