On the plus side they were on time and they were very fast in getting the POD unloaded. At first I was impressed. I even overlooked some things dropped from their carts. As time went on the first thing I noticed was that most items were just placed in a hodgepodge manner. It was difficult to even find the labels on the boxes. Then as I unpacked more and more things I found broken items. These things were immensely well packed by professionals! Through the use of paper, cardboard, foam matting board, packing peanuts, foam wrap, bubble wrap...they were, if anything overpacked. On top of that everything was strapped in the pod to an extreme. And, being a photographer I sort of naturally took SEVERAL photos of the innards of the packing etc. No difference between the before and after photos. I wish I could find some of the strapping, and such, that was used to hold the items in. Could say more, but enough. Seems they were more focused on 'fast' rather than 'quality'. In too much of a hurry to get to their next job maybe?

Aaron and Adam were ten minutes early and made very fast and efficient work of loading my truck. Really, they mastered the jigsaw-puzzle-packing of a lot of stuff into a too-small truck, helped us move other furniture into the garage after and offered suggestions of other companies we could call to complete the remainder of our last-minute move. Jaren was there training as well and was very helpful. All three gentlemen were friendly, task-oriented and professional. Adam was particularly polite and gracious. Great job!

These guys were great. Courteous and professional phone calls prior (to confirm details and then the morning of to let me know they would be a few minutes late), and then they worked super hard once they arrived. We had a lot going on with our move because the house we moved into was firnished, so we were keeping some of that, but disassembling some and moving it out, but then assembling some of our own stuff and moving it in. They kept up with our sometimes scattered instructions and were pleasant throughout on an extremely hot day. I'd definitely hire them again.

They worked in 87 degree weather and then a torrential downpour and they worked nonstop. I wish they were down in GA to unload.

The guys were a bit late getting here, but they were coming from a job an hour and a half away! Plus, it was VERY HOT that day! When they finally arrived, some of the items had already been moved closer to the UHaul, to help them out. THEY WORKED THEIR REAR ENDS OFF, moving all the heavy items out of 3 storage units, emptying one completely, and did an incredible job for us! It was a bit expensive, but I've never seen two guys work so hard in my life! Thank you to Marcus and Adam!

The service does help. It is easily to get setup. However, there are several furniture got damages. The newly painted walls are dented and scratched .
