I hired Phil's Excellence to help move my mom's stuff into a Door to Door storage container. They worked with me before the move to get all of the necessary things (such as furniture pads) ready. And despite being container-challenged (1 container wasn't enough for my mom's stuff) with the limited moving budget, the Phil's folks did an amazing job of making the most of the space available. I'd highly recommend them and use them again.

Highly recommended! These guys did a great job from start to finish. They called to confirm and discuss the details of the job, which gave me confidence they understood the job. They called again the day before to reconfirm. Showed up exactly on time, I showed them what to move in each room and they got to work loading my Pod. They spent the next two hours working their tails off and got everything done with time to spare. The best $ I've ever spent -- seriously!

The move itself (into an ABF Relocube) went well - Josh and Jordan were on time, very efficient time-wise and said they were very good at packing these cubes. I provided lots of blankets, and it seemed like things were strapped down ok. However, most of my wood furniture was damaged (which may not be entirely their fault).
Also, if you want dressers wrapped, be warned! Even though the website says they provide, they don't. At my confirmation call they said they don't provide but said they would take care of it because it was on the site, but the day before the move they told me they wouldn't.

These guys were GREAT! They showed up on time. They worked hard - putting items exactly where we wanted. They were respectful of us and our possessions. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Those boys worked at a high speed but were very careful with our items and packed the truck like a jigsaw puzzle. When they unloaded, they were excellent at asking where everything should go and carried everything to the correct rooms. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and would definitely use them again! A++
