I was in contact with EasyPath the day ahead of my move and felt good about the timing. On the day of my move I appreciated the call I received to let me know they would be late coming from an earlier job.
But then the frustrations started. I kept calling and texting checking for updates with no response. An hour after their communicated time, there was still silence. Neither myself nor HireAHelper could connect with them. I felt ghosted and it was flop because I kept waiting and then was out of luck because nobody was going to be available on short notice.

The guys were great. Helped load up a storage unit into a trailer then unloaded at an apartment. They were fast and took good care of my things, so fast that it only took an hour! Would recommend and use again.

Gabriel and Francisco did an awesome job!!!! Arrived and noted time immediately upon arriving. They worked for a solid two hours and completed the job within that time. They loaded a POD with all the items for a 1100 Sq Ft apartment. They were respectful and professional. Would like to request them when we get the POD on the other end. Thank you gentlemen!!!

The movers communicated well with us, letting us know when they would be arriving, and arriving on time. I felt that they were careful with our furniture, being careful to set things down gently and avoiding banging furniture into walls or doors. I would consider using them again for a move in the future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Within 48 hours of booking with us, an EasyPath team member will contact you by phone to confirm your scheduled move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of your move, a member of our team will contact you by phone 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Once on site your assigned team will do a walk through of the property. The next steps are a bit tedious, the team will disassemble and add protective wrap to all needed items prior to transport. Once items are properly prepared your team will begin loading.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For the safety and convenience of your moving team, keep paths clear of debris. Also keep pets and small children in a separate area.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled jobs anywhere from local residential moves, moving office buildings, stores, and offer long distance, out-of-state moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being in this industry is giving our customers the service they deserve.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our team members go through extensive training prior to being scheduled on a job. They learn how to use equipment and how to properly lift regular and more difficult items. Our main concern in our training if safety of our team and your precious belongings.
