These movers with Cheap Movers called to ask if they could come to our house early so we allowed them to start one hour prior to the scheduled time & I guess it’s a good thing because they bailed before the job was done! Our POD was coming the next morning! They claimed they had another job but how could that be if they got to our house an hour ahead of schedule?! We still had a couch, box spring & numerous big items not loaded. We shouldn’t have paid but at that point our hands were tied! They were unprofessional, introduced themselves with a cigarette still hanging out of their mouths and made our place stink. They cursed and fought with each other the entire time and when they couldn’t get the couch out of the bedroom told us we should just leave it. Leave a $3,000 couch?! Needless to say, we were saved by Muve Now, an outstanding moving company not recommended to us. Cheap Movers SUCK! AVOID!

I was honestly dreading this move because of horror stories I have heard about hired help for moves. SO NOT TRUE for these young men. They were wonderful!! On time. Worked efficiently and steadily. Helpful attitudes- made a tough job flow. DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks so much fellas!! ????????

While the guys showed up within the appropriate time frame, I do not feel they were prepared to work or follow instructions. Dillon was better at listening but Patrick actually acted like he may have been high or something as he didn't listen and was quite, for childish acting. I am an older professional who expected professional movers for the price I paid (they were barely here an hour) for two hours. Even though I told them specifically where to put things, Dillon would, but Patrick had to be told repeatedly and I do not think they respected my property as they should have. While one thing was starting to come apart, I really think Patrick thought I was going to toss the piece, I had to tell them to bring it on in and where to put it twice. I would not use this company again if I had to have either of these two because they were too young to be professional it seems. Lack of professionalism was apparent. Dillon continually sniffled while here in my home and I asked if he was sick and he said, no. I am a nurse and didn't really appreciate the fact that when Patrick used the bathroom in my home (he did ask) he didn't even wash his hands (sink was dry after he walked out) and then he proceeds to shake my hand (lack of hand washing is the number one cause of infection). I have since scrubbed my hands and scrubbed my bathroom. I am appalled and pretty grossed out and feel that I paid $237.75 for very poor service. Later in the evening I went outside to find they had not properly closed the cube doors and had actually left one of my containers in the garage. Lazy lazy lazy! Since I had used HireAHelper for my originating destination, I mistakenly thought I would receive the same 5-star service.

Both movers were very professional and polite. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They handle my property as if it was their own. On a scale of 1-10, they were an eleven. I thank them for a wonderful moving experience. I would use them again.

They were on time. One said he was having back pain. They didn't move nearly what I thought they would. Didn't offer to stay longer. Seemed in a hurry to get their money and leave. I would not recommend them.
