I had AgentV load up a POD for a cross country move. I was able to call Darren before hand to discuss what supplies I needed to purchase. I also talked to Darren the morning of the move, and the guys showed up on time. They were prepared for the work. They were constantly busy the whole time they were here. Very respectful with property and discussed the best way to pack things. Also reviewed with me some of the furniture disassembly so I could put it back together later and made sure all the hardware stayed with the furniture. If I had another move in the Georgetown area I would definitely use them again. This was a partial move of a 5 bedroom house and they were great at getting the correct items packed and into the POD.

I highly recommend this company - they called the night before to confirm time, arrived promptly, worked hard, and were nice people to work with. My husband, two teenage daughters, the two men for Agent V, and myself unloaded a packed 26 foot Penske truck in just under two hours. They were respectful, considerate, and took care in the handling of our belongings. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company or its employees and would definitely use them again.

We used two groups to move. The second group was great. The first group worked hard, but did not give us good information. About half way through the 26 ft truck. I said there is no way that we can get it all on here and my trailer. They said that they thought they could. THEY WERE WRONG. When I asked how he could be so off he said he is an optimist. We needed another 26 footer and by the time we discovered that, we were unable to get one. So we un packed our 26 footer and came back. By this time we were late getting out. The new tenants were calling the police, because we were trespassing. Luckily we were able to throw our possessions over the fence and the police could tell that we were moving as fast as possible. We started at 11:00, and I am sure we could of reserved a truck at that time. We were able to find a 20 footer on Sunday and that was short, the guys that were helping us said we would be short before we started.

I hired this crew with less than 12 hours notice for a Saturday move, after I realized this move was going to be more than family and friends could handle. This crew not only showed up on time but called to see if we would like to start earlier than scheduled. They hit the ground ready to work and worked hard the entire time they were here. They treated my items like they were their own and even made suggestions about how to organize my things and how they could be stored more efficiently. I would definitely use them again. It is wonderful to know that when you can't do a job yourself there is company out there that will help you with very short notice, work on weekends (no extra charge) at a reasonable rate.
